Cyndi Crocker, Partner

Personal Background

Cynthia Weaver Crocker grew up as an “Army Brat” and lived in many places, including Texas, Maryland, Kansas, England, and Korea. She considers Hardin County, Kentucky to be her hometown, however, because her father retired from the United States Army there and she graduated from North Hardin High School. Cyndi is the daughter of Colonel Mike Weaver, a successful builder, a Kentucky State Representative and candidate for the United States Congress, and Lois Weaver, a retired high school history teacher and principal. Cyndi’s parents have made Elizabethtown, Kentucky their home. Cyndi has three sisters, Rebecca, Tess and Kate.

Cyndi married her husband, Ben Crocker, while they were classmates at the University of Kentucky College of Law. Cyndi and Ben make their home in Bowling Green, Kentucky with their three sons, Alex, Drew, and Reed Crocker.

Academic Background

Cyndi served as President of her senior class at North Hardin High School where she graduated in 1983. She furthered her education by attending the University of Kentucky, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. While at the University of Kentucky, Cyndi’s peers elected her as President of the Student Body and she served on the University’s Board of Trustees.

Cyndi continued her education at the University of Kentucky College of Law, where after her first year, the college awarded her with a scholarship as the outstanding student of Torts, an area of law that includes personal injury and wrongful death. She graduated from law school in 1992.

Professional History

Cyndi and Ben remained in Lexington, Kentucky for the first four years after law school. When their first son was born, Cyndi worked part time at the University of Kentucky, counseling students with legal concerns including personal injury, landlord/tenant disputes and other legal matters.

In 1996, Cyndi and Ben decided to move to Bowling Green, Kentucky and Cyndi accepted a position as an injury lawyer at a large personal injury firm. Cyndi worked there representing injury clients for nine years. In 1998, she became the managing attorney of the personal injury department and eventually supervised attorneys and staff for offices in Bowling Green, Louisville, and Lexington, Kentucky and Nashville, Tennessee.

In 2005, Cyndi and Ben proudly partnered to form Crocker Law Offices, PLLC.
